Acoustic Space

An audio-visual exploration of physical modeling synthesis and reverb-chamber acoustics. Engineered at 120 BPM with hardware-sequenced analog degradation to evoke a sterile, industrial landscape.

16mm Telecine Transfer

This work serves as the final piece in the trilogy, testing the limits of simulated acoustic environments against physical tape saturation.

METADATA

Track Specs

Configured at 120 BPM. Built around a physical modeling synth engine routing through an analog plate reverb chamber to create intense spatial tension.

Hardware Chain

The acoustic space was mapped using impulse responses from decommissioned industrial silos. Synthesized elements utilize waveguide algorithms to simulate physical string tension under extreme resonance.

All sequencing executed on solid-state hardware. Signals routed through a custom Eurorack modular system, tube preamps, and printed directly to degraded magnetic tape for harmonic saturation.
